Elizabethtown Emergency Physicians: Full-Time Emergency Medicine Physician
Elizabethtown Emergency Physicians is a private practice group committed to delivering the highest quality of care to patients at Baptist Health Hardin hospital, located in Elizabethtown, Kentucky. We are seeking to add an Emergency Medicine (EM) Residency-trained, Board Certified or Board Eligible Physician to our team by Spring 2025 or sooner.
About Us:
- Team Composition: Our group consists of 30 practitioners, providing an average of 112 hours of coverage to the EM department daily, with an average patient volume of 200.
- Staffing: Our team includes Board Certified, Residency-trained EM Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Certified Physician Assistants, with Advanced Practice Clinicians (APCs) staffing the department 24/7.
- Shift Details: Physicians work 10-hour shifts, averaging 14 shifts per month (140 hours).
Technology and Support:
- Electronic Health Records: We use the EPIC electronic health record system for patient documentation. Physician support and education for documentation are available as needed.
